Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. She has received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UGA and a master’s degree in counseling and art therapy from the Adler School of Professional Psychology.

Sara has experience working with clients in psychiatric hospital settings as well as an outpatient eating disorder recovery center. She currently provides traditional talk therapy and art therapy to individuals, families, and groups. Sara also provides Brain Mapping (qEEG) and Neurofeedback Therapy to clients who may prefer non-traditional therapy or brain training in conjunction with talk therapy for common clinical conditions, such as depression and anxiety, trauma, ADHD, poor sleep, etc.

Sara works with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, personal growth, relationship and family issues. Sara’s therapeutic modalities are person-centered, Adlerian and psychodynamic, CBT, and trauma informed interventions. She can provide therapy in Korean as well.
